Phil Leatherman

I am Phil Leatherman and have worked as a sales person and Broker in the Real Estate profession since 1976. Libby Sturges and I started Sturges & Leatherman Realtors in November of 1979. We have been selling homes in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren County ever since.

I have always believed in hard work, never taking short cuts and putting my clients first in all situations. I bring a business and professional approach to all my transactions as well as a personal way of treating people.

My background includes a BA degree in Economics at Goshen College, Goshen, Indiana, a Master's Degree in social Work from The Ohio State University and extra designations in Real Estate, including Certified Real Estate Broker, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and Accredited Buyer Realtor. I have been a consistent sales leader in the Cincinnati Board of Realtor's Circle of Excellence since 1983.
